Reservations must be made through our booking page at https://app-booking.newstarlightlovinabeach.com/ .

We accept payments via QRIS, Bank Transfer, and Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard).

- If you cancel before making a payment, there will be no charges.
- If you cancel after making a payment, please contact our customer service team to process your request.

All bookings go through an approval process by our customer service team to confirm room availability.
- If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly.
- Bookings without customer service confirmation will be automatically cancelled after 3 days.
